RESPONSIBLE PLAY
The game should always stay fun.
Casino gaming is entertainment. Set limits, understand what you are wagering, take breaks, and never play with money you need for real life.
GenX Jackpot wants people to have fun, play within their means, stay in control, and stop when it stops being fun.

01 · One rule above everything else
Only gamble with money you can afford to lose.
Casino gaming is entertainment. It is not income, an investment, a savings strategy, a way to solve financial problems, or a reliable way to recover losses.
Winning can happen. Losing can happen. Neither should change the basic rule: only play with money you are genuinely comfortable losing.
Micro Casino, real value
GenX Jackpot was designed around smaller wagers so players can enjoy casino games without needing huge bets. Micro stakes can help you choose smaller wagers — but every wager still represents real value. Small bets do not eliminate gambling risk.
02 · Keep it fun
Good habits that protect the session.
These are practical habits — not a lecture. Use what helps you stay in control.
- Decide your budget before you start.
- Decide how long you want to play.
- Take regular breaks.
- Keep track of wins and losses.
- Do not increase your budget because you are losing.
- Do not increase your bets just because you are winning.
- Never borrow money to gamble.
- Never gamble to solve debt.
- Avoid playing when angry, upset, intoxicated, exhausted, or desperate.
- Stop when the session stops being enjoyable.
03 · Understand the math
The house has an edge.
House edge
Casino games are designed with a mathematical house edge. Over enough play, the casino is expected to retain a percentage of wagers.
A winning session can happen. A losing session can happen. No betting system removes the underlying house edge.
What RTP actually means
If a game has a theoretical RTP of 96%, that does not mean you will get $96 back every time you wager $100.
It means that over a very large number of wagers, the game's mathematics are designed around an average theoretical return. Your individual session can be very different — sometimes much better, sometimes much worse.
Randomness
Short-term outcomes are unpredictable. Winning several times does not mean you are "due" to lose. Losing several times does not mean you are "due" to win.
Each independent result follows the rules of that game. Avoid gambler's-fallacy thinking.
A loss is not a debt the game owes you.
After losing, it can be tempting to increase wagers to try to get back to even. That is chasing losses. It can turn a manageable entertainment expense into a much larger loss very quickly.
If you catch yourself thinking "one more bet and I'll get it back," that is a good time to stop.
Betting systems
Doubling after losses, Martingale systems, progression systems, pattern systems, or "guaranteed" strategies do not remove the house edge.
Bet limits, bankroll limits, losing streaks, and game rules mean progression strategies can still result in substantial losses. There is no system that makes gambling risk-free.
04 · When play may be becoming a problem
Warning signs worth noticing.
One sign does not define you. But if several feel familiar, it may be time to take a break or ask for help.
- Spending more than you planned
- Spending money needed for bills
- Chasing losses
- Repeatedly increasing limits
- Hiding gambling from family or friends
- Borrowing money to gamble
- Feeling anxious or angry about losses
- Playing longer than intended
- Losing sleep because of gambling
- Gambling during work or other responsibilities
- Trying to win money back immediately
- Feeling unable to stop
- Using gambling to escape stress or emotional problems
05 · Quick self-check
A private pause to check in.
This is a reflection tool, not a diagnosis. Use it to notice patterns — then decide what helps you most.
PRIVATE SELF-CHECK
Answers stay on this device only. Nothing is saved or sent to GenX. This is not a medical diagnosis.

06 · Your GenX control tools

Deposit limits
A deposit limit controls how much real value can be deposited during a daily, weekly, or monthly UTC period. Deposit limits are set and shown in USDC — money entering the account — not hidden in GX.
Over-limit deposits are flagged for compliance review. Funds already credited are not reversed.
Wager / stake limits
A wager limit controls how much can be wagered during a daily, weekly, or monthly UTC period. Limits are stored in the same minor units as GX (1 GX = $0.01 USDC). Example: 5,000 GX = 50 USDC.
Enforced server-side before a wager is accepted.
Loss limits
A loss limit tracks net loss for completed rounds in the period: for each round, net loss is the real stake minus the real-money share of the payout (never below zero). Bonus-funded stake is excluded from the loss calculation by default. Before a new wager, GenX checks whether current net loss plus the pending wager would exceed your limit.
This is net loss exposure — not total amount wagered.
How periods work
Daily, weekly (Monday start), and monthly limits use UTC calendar boundaries. If you set more than one period, each active limit is checked — whichever is most restrictive for that action will block play.
Period note in settings: UTC calendar day/week/month.
Limit decreases and increases
Decreases take effect immediately.
Increases are not impulsive. They enter a pending state and take effect after 24 hours (default cooling period). Until then, your current lower limit still applies.
GX and real-value visibility
GX Credits are a gameplay denomination. They do not make money less real. Responsible-gaming deposit controls stay in USDC terms. Wager and loss controls show GX with USDC equivalents so financial exposure stays understandable.
Example: a 5,000 GX wager limit equals $50.00 USDC.
Account history
Knowing what you are spending is part of staying in control. Review deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, and bonuses in your account:
07 · Need some space?
Cool-off and self-exclusion.
Taking a break is always an acceptable choice. No player should feel pressured to keep playing.
Cool-off (take a break)
A cool-off temporarily restricts gaming access for the period you select. Available periods: 1, 7, or 30 days.
- New wagers are blocked.
- Bonus claims and marketing are paused.
- You can still access your account, view balances, and request withdrawals of available funds.
- Once started, you cannot shorten the break. You may extend it.
Want to stop completely for longer?
Self-exclusion is for players who want gaming access blocked for a longer period. Available periods: 1, 7, 30, 180, or 365 days.
- New wagers, bonus claims, and marketing are blocked for the exclusion period.
- Account access for balances and support remains available.
- Withdrawal of legitimate available funds remains possible through normal review.
- Confirmation is required (you must type EXCLUDE). This is not a one-click action.
- Exclusion ends when the selected period expires. Plan the length carefully before confirming.
08 · Healthy play habits
Time, emotion, and micro bets.
Micro bets still add up
Many GenX games allow wagers from 1 GX ($0.01 USDC). That means you can choose very small wagers. But tiny bets can still accumulate — 100 small bets are still 100 bets. Stay aware of total session activity.
Time matters too
Risk is not only bet size. Long sessions can lead to fatigue, impulsive decisions, losing track of spending, and chasing behavior. Take breaks.
Alcohol and substances
Avoid gambling while intoxicated or impaired. Clear decision-making is part of responsible play.
Emotional play
If you are playing because of anger, loneliness, stress, sadness, desperation, or frustration — take a break. Gambling is not emotional relief.
Do not borrow to gamble
Do not borrow money to gamble. Do not use rent money, bill money, emergency savings, or credit intended for necessities.
Winning responsibly
Responsible gaming is not only about losing. A win can encourage larger wagers and longer sessions. A win does not change the mathematics of future rounds. Consider setting a stop point even when ahead.
The best bet can be no bet.
Skipping a game, ending a session, or taking a break is always an acceptable choice. No player should feel pressured to keep playing.
Bonuses
Bonuses are not free income. They may include wagering requirements, max-bet rules, expiration, and conversion rules. Read promotion terms before using them.
Age, devices, and accounts
GenX Jackpot is for players aged 18+ (or older if your jurisdiction requires it). Minors are not allowed.
On shared devices: log out, do not save credentials, protect passwords, consider device-level parental controls, and do not allow minors to access the account.
Never allow another person to use your account. Account-sharing can undermine gaming controls that are meant to protect you.
09 · You don't have to handle it alone
Support is available.
If gambling feels difficult to control: stop playing, use cool-off or self-exclusion, contact GenX Support, speak with someone you trust, and seek an independent gambling-support organization.
- Stop playing for now.
- Use cool-off or self-exclusion in your account tools.
- Contact GenX Support for help with account controls.
- Talk with someone you trust.
- Independent gambling-support services are available in many countries. Contact a recognized local gambling-support organization or health service in your region.
If gambling is contributing to thoughts of self-harm or you feel you may be in immediate danger, stop playing and contact your local emergency service or crisis-support service immediately.
GenX Support can help with account controls, but it is not a medical or counseling service. For specialist help, use an independent professional or support organization.
