Terms of Service

GenX Jackpot is operated by a company based in San José, Costa Rica. By creating an account, accessing the site, or using any GenX Jackpot service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Play guidance.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or use GenX Jackpot.

You may use GenX Jackpot only if all of the following are true:

• You are at least 18 years old, and must also meet any higher legal gambling age applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are legally allowed to use online casino services where you live and where you access GenX Jackpot.
• You are using GenX Jackpot for your own personal entertainment, not on behalf of someone else.
• You are not prohibited from using the service by these Terms, a responsible-gaming restriction, or a restriction we apply for legal, security, or compliance reasons.

It is your responsibility to ensure that using GenX Jackpot is lawful in your location. Local laws differ. If online casino play is not permitted for you, do not use the service.

GenX Jackpot may restrict or prohibit access from certain countries, territories, or jurisdictions where online gaming is unlawful, restricted, or unavailable under our operational or compliance policies.

Using a VPN, proxy, or similar privacy technology is not prohibited by itself. However, you may not use such technology to misrepresent your location, bypass jurisdiction restrictions, evade account controls, or otherwise circumvent GenX Jackpot's security or compliance measures.

• You may maintain only one account per person.
• Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You must keep your password and account credentials confidential. Do not share your account with anyone.
• Accounts may not be created for minors, and minors may not use GenX Jackpot.
• Accounts are for personal use only. They are not transferable, and you may not sell, rent, or assign access to another person.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify GenX Jackpot Support promptly.

We may ask you to verify details associated with your account. If we cannot verify information we reasonably need to protect the platform or meet compliance obligations, we may restrict or close the account as described in these Terms.

Please understand what GX Credits are — and what they are not:

• GX Credits are an internal gameplay denomination.
• Authoritative accounting remains based on USDC value.
• GX Credits are not cryptocurrency, not a blockchain token, not separately tradable, not a separate wallet, and not an interest-bearing financial asset.
• GX Credits are not independently withdrawable as GX. You cannot move them to an external crypto wallet as GX. Withdrawable value is handled through supported withdrawal methods and underlying USDC accounting when those services are available.

Many games may allow wagers beginning at 1 GX. Actual minimum and maximum wagers vary by game and are displayed before play. Some titles use a different wager ladder — for example, Neon Rewind — and table-game limits may also differ.

When real-money services are available, GenX Jackpot may support deposits using assets such as USDC, BTC, ETH, LTC, and DOGE, subject to the options shown in the Cashier.

Any current deposit minimums, maximums, supported assets, networks, and applicable limits will be displayed in the Cashier before you complete a transaction. Always confirm the asset, network, and instructions shown there before sending funds.

When deposits are accepted, supported crypto deposits are credited into GenX Jackpot's USDC-based casino accounting according to the applicable quote or credited value presented for that deposit. Gameplay is then displayed in GX Credits.

• Blockchain networks require confirmations. Crediting may wait until required confirmations are reached.
• Network fees charged by your wallet or the blockchain are your responsibility.
• You are responsible for sending only the supported asset on the correct network to the deposit address shown for your account. Sending unsupported assets, using the wrong network, or sending to an incorrect address can result in permanent loss of funds.
• Use only wallets and funds you are authorized to use.

Where a conversion quote applies, the credited USDC value is based on the rate or quote presented for that deposit under GenX Jackpot's then-current deposit process. Review the Cashier details carefully before sending.

We aim to review eligible transactions promptly. Processing times may vary because of verification, security review, blockchain conditions, third-party services, or other operational factors.

When withdrawal services are available, withdrawals may be offered in USDC using supported networks, subject to verification, compliance review, account status, and the options shown in the Cashier.

Current withdrawal limits and supported withdrawal methods will be displayed in the Cashier when withdrawal services are available.

Withdrawals may also be subject to:

• Available real (withdrawable) balance
• Identity / KYC and compliance checks where required
• Security and risk review
• Bonus or promotion restrictions, where applicable
• Blockchain network conditions and processing

We aim to review eligible transactions promptly. Processing times may vary because of verification, security review, blockchain conditions, third-party services, or other operational factors. Blockchain settlement itself may also take additional time after a withdrawal is released.

GenX Jackpot does not describe bank transfers, card payouts, or other fiat withdrawal methods as part of the intended player withdrawal model in these Terms.

You are responsible for understanding the rules of each game you choose. Where available, a game provides rules, payout information, and wager limits before or during play.

Game outcomes and settlement are controlled by GenX Jackpot's server-side authoritative systems. Display on your device is a presentation of that result. If a display and the server record differ, the server record controls.

Wagers are final once accepted under the applicable game rules, except where these Terms require a correction because of a confirmed technical error.

Some GenX Jackpot games use provably fair technology. That means the system combines cryptographic information to produce — and let you verify — supported game outcomes.

Think of it like this: the casino places a secret number inside a sealed envelope before the game. You add information of your own. Those pieces are combined to create the result. Afterward, the casino reveals enough information for the result to be checked. That makes it possible to verify that the casino did not simply change the result after seeing your wager.

Where a game is marked Provably Fair, you can use the fairness tools available on GenX Jackpot to independently verify supported results. Not every game necessarily uses the same fairness system. Check the game information and our Provably Fair page for details.

GenX Jackpot may offer bonuses and promotions from time to time, including after launch when those features are available. Bonus amounts and related gameplay values may be expressed in GX Credits.

Bonuses and promotions may include conditions such as:

• Wagering requirements
• Game contribution rules
• Maximum bet rules while a bonus is active
• Expiration periods
• Conversion requirements before bonus value becomes withdrawable
• Eligibility limits

Where a promotion has its own terms, those promotion-specific terms apply to that offer and take precedence for that offer if they conflict with this general section.

Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinating with others to exploit a promotion, or deliberately circumventing bonus rules — may result in cancellation of the bonus, related winnings, and account restrictions.

You can review active offers and account bonus status through Promotions and Account Bonuses when those features are available to your account.

GenX Jackpot provides responsible-gaming tools so you can stay in control. Depending on what is enabled for your account, available controls may include:

• Deposit, wager, loss, and session-time limits (daily, weekly, monthly, or session, as offered)
• Cool-off periods
• Self-exclusion
• Reality-check reminders

Limit increases may be subject to a waiting period. Self-exclusion and cool-off are serious controls — use them if you need space away from play.

GenX Jackpot may request identity, address, source-of-funds, or other verification information where required for security, compliance, account protection, or transaction processing.

Certain transactions or account functions may be delayed or restricted until requested verification is completed.

When verification is requested, you may be asked for information such as government-issued identity details, a selfie or similar confirmation, proof of address, or source-of-funds information where appropriate.

You can review verification status in Account → Verification when that feature is available to your account.

The following are prohibited:

• Creating or using multiple accounts
• Account takeover or unauthorized use of another person's account
• Providing false identity information or forged documents
• Payment fraud or unauthorized use of wallets or funds
• Collusion with other players where cooperation is not part of the game
• Manipulating game clients, APIs, requests, or settlement flows
• Knowingly exploiting software defects, race conditions, duplicate credits, settlement defects, or display/API inconsistencies
• Bonus abuse and intentional circumvention of account, limit, or jurisdiction controls
• Interfering with GenX Jackpot systems, security, or other users
• Using bots or automated tools to abuse the service where such use is not expressly permitted

Ordinary betting strategies — choosing odds, managing a bankroll, or making legal game decisions — are not automatically fraud. What we prohibit is system exploitation, bonus abuse, collusion, technical manipulation, and deception. Playing a game according to its published rules is allowed. Breaking the platform is not.

If you notice a suspected bug, settlement defect, or unexpected credit, report it through GenX Jackpot Support instead of trying to take advantage of it.

Players must not knowingly exploit bugs, duplicate-credit issues, settlement defects, race conditions, or other technical errors.

Software errors, interrupted rounds, display mistakes, duplicate settlement, or incorrect payouts can occur. When a confirmed malfunction or technical error demonstrably caused an incorrect result or balance change, GenX Jackpot may:

• Correct the affected transaction or balance
• Void or restore an interrupted round according to recovery rules
• Resume a round where the game supports recovery
• Rely on server-authoritative game records

We will not use this section as a free-floating power to void legitimate play simply because a result was unfavorable. Corrections are for demonstrable technical error, abuse, or other grounds set out in these Terms.

Your device, browser, connection, or local display issues do not by themselves change the server result of a completed round.

Personal information may be processed for account administration, security, KYC, fraud prevention, legal compliance, customer support, and related operational purposes.

GenX Jackpot may rely on third-party services such as blockchain networks, market-data providers, email providers, infrastructure providers, and verification providers when configured. Availability of those systems can affect the service.

GenX Jackpot may restrict, suspend, or close an account for reasons including:

• Fraud or suspected fraud
• Security concerns
• Legal or compliance obligations
• Failure to complete required verification
• Responsible-gaming reasons
• Multiple accounts
• System abuse or Terms violations

Where lawful and permitted, legitimate remaining withdrawable funds are handled according to verification and compliance obligations. We do not treat this section as permission to confiscate clearly legitimate balances without a valid basis under these Terms or applicable law.

Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to security review or closure where appropriate. GenX Jackpot does not apply a monthly dormant-account fee under these Terms.

You may request account closure through GenX Jackpot Support, subject to outstanding verification, bonus, security, or compliance checks.

Players are responsible for determining and satisfying any tax or reporting obligations that apply to them. GenX Jackpot does not provide tax advice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and last-updated date remain visible on this page.

When we make material changes, we will communicate them where reasonably appropriate — for example through the site, account notice, or another practical channel. Continued use of GenX Jackpot after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GenX Jackpot is not liable for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including:

• Internet or connectivity failures on your side
• Problems with your device, browser, or local network
• Outages or failures of third-party providers
• Blockchain network congestion, forks, or delays
• Infrastructure failures
• Force majeure events and comparable circumstances beyond reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This section is intended to be reasonable and enforceable, not an unlimited escape hatch.

If you have a concern or dispute, please contact GenX Jackpot Support first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

These Terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator of GenX Jackpot, subject to any mandatory rights or laws that apply to you in your jurisdiction.

Additional dispute-resolution details may be published or updated before real-money services are made available.
